I am Federico, I was born in Treviso, a wonderful city near Venice.

Thanks to my wonderful parents, I grew up happy having the opportunity to cultivate and follow my passions, my nature!

My father, a ski instructor, taught me to ski; my mother, a school teacher, always gave me the discipline to study.

My parents are a great example for me, I love them with all my heart!

Since I was a child I have always skied a lot and whenever possible my parents took me and my brother to the mountains even in the summer because we loved it.

Ours has always been a very close family, especially in difficult times, I have never felt alone!

I have always been very curious to understand what happens around me, how things work or how certain events happen in nature. I spent many hours playing outdoors, returning home in the dark and often with grazed knees!

As a child I was not shy!

I don't believe in coincidences, I believe that in life everything happens for a reason, some events are so incredible that they have something miraculous, it is always nice to appreciate them and be amazed!

Not just a Pastry Chef… also an Engineer, Ski Instructor, Sportsman and Yogi!

Since graduating in Engineering from the University of Trento, I have never stopped studying and sharing the scientific subjects I love!

During my university studies, I also attended evening classes in advanced pastry making in Treviso and graduated as a Pastry Chef. A true, innate passion since childhood!

I have always practiced a lot of sports, even at a high competitive level!

This has allowed me to develop strong discipline and, driven by the great well-being it gives me, I still continue to train and improve!

I really love cycling, running, roller skiing, swimming and surfing… but also flying in a glider.

Sport is really good for you!

Since I was a child I have been accustomed to spirituality, my family is very religious (and for this too, I feel very lucky).

Growing up I had the opportunity to expand my spiritual knowledge, gaining an increasingly clear idea of my true nature.

One of the greatest fortunes of my life was meeting my Great Spiritual Master, who hugged me so tightly that he never left me again!

Besides my family, my friends are a fundamental and very supportive part of my life — I'm really lucky in this too!
